Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received
- Items must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Vintage, Collectible, and One-of-a-Kind Items
Many of our products are vintage, collectible, or unique pieces. These items may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections consistent with their nature.
We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately. Variations related to age, patina, or character that are clearly described or visible in photos are not considered defects.
Returns for vintage or one-of-a-kind items are accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
- The item materially differs from the description provided in the listing
New Items
New items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the return request
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or materially different from the listing description.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
