Refunds and Returns
At this time, Passfelds does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is received.
Because many of our products are limited-quantity, one-of-a-kind, vintage, or seasonal, we are unable to restock returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within:
→ 7 days of delivery
To request a replacement or refund, use the Contact Us form and provide us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A photo of the packaging, if available
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will issue either:
- A replacement, if available, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact Us form.
We will correct the error at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before the item has shipped.
Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective:
- Seasonal holiday products
- Items described as vintage, collectible, one-of-a-kind, or as-is
- Clearance or sale items
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- We sent the wrong item
In these cases, Passfelds will cover the cost of return shipping (if required).
